Erich is a management and financial professional with more than 25 years experience in the financing, development and management of private and public corporations, both in an advisory capacity as well as a principal.

Erich is a founding partner and a Managing Director of Gemini Partners. Prior to Gemini, he was the founding president and CEO of ARC Resins Corp., a Montreal based resin manufacturer, and later Chairman of the same after a MBO led by him.

Subsequent to his qualification as a chartered accountant (CA) in South Africa, Erich joined the corporate finance group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada.

His experience included corporate restructuring and workouts across a broad spectrum of industries and size of clients.

Erich has graduate and post graduate degrees in law, economics and business from University of Stellenbosch and UNISA.

He is based out of Vancouver, Canada and Cape Town, South Africa.
